Old Fashioned Holiday

Join us from 5-8:30 p.m. for free family fun: A petting zoo, face painting, photo with Santa, garland making, refreshments, entertainment, vendors and crafts, ornament making, and a Christmas stocking to fill with goodies on-site. There will be live performances by the Dar-Mar Dance Studio, West Valley High, and Hemet High School. The City of Norco’s 4th Annual Horsetown Parade of Lights and Winter Festival will be held Saturday, December 6, 2008. Event activities will include a lighted parade with awards, live entertainment, food vendors, snow play area and photo opportunities with Santa Claus! The Living Nativity

The Living Nativity

Caught up in the hustle and bustle of the holiday season? Bring your family to enjoy Sunrise Christian Fellowship’s “Living Nativity” on Dec. 19 and 20 at Calvary Chapel Bible College in Murrieta. Performances are at 6, 6:45 and 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, with an added show at 5:15 on Saturday only. The event is free and children are welcome to pet the animals after each performance. The Living Nativity takes place at Calvary Chapel Bible College’s front lawn located at the intersection of Murrieta Hot Springs Road and Margarita Road (39405 Murrieta Hot Springs Road).

HAUNTED HOUSE

HAUNTED HOUSE

Join us for our annual Haunted House held at the Valle Vista Community Center (on the corner of Fairview and Acacia in east Hemet). This is one of our most popular events, but be warned…it is not for the faint of heart. There will be a carnival held in the parking lot each night and a snack bar will be open for food. Bring a canned good item and get a discount on admission. All canned goods go to the Community Pantry. If you would like to participate in the building or staffing of the Haunted House call: (951) 927-6673. You must be at least 14 years old or over.

TIME: Carnival opens at 5:30 p.m. Haunted House opens at 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
