VBS List for our Valley
Bible Fellowship Church: “Branching Out With Veggie Tales,” 6 to 7:30 p.m. June 17, 18, and 19 at the church, at 26835 Columbia Ave., Hemet. This is geared for children from preschool through fifth grade. There will be Bible stories, arts and crafts, and snacks. Free. Information: 652-8558.
Calvary Chapel Hemet: “Crocodile Dock,” 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. June 22 through 26 at a park. There will be Bible stories and lessons, songs, videos, games, and snacks. This is geared for children from kindergarten through the sixth grade. Free. For the park location, call the church office at 927-6117.
Calvary Chapel San Jacinto: “Crocodile Dock,” 6 to 8:30 p.m. July 27 through 31 at the church, at 1450 W. Seventh St. There will be crafts, worship, story time, games, and snacks. The In ‘N’ Out truck will pay a visit on Friday. This is geared for children from kindergarten through the sixth grade. The cost is $10 per child, which includes a T-shirt and the meal on Friday night. Information: 654-1401.
First Baptist Church, Hemet: “Rome: Paul and the Underground Church,” 5:45 to 8:30 p.m. June 14 through 18 at the church, at 26089 Girard St., Hemet. Hemet United Methodist Church: “Prayer Safari: Kingdom of the Son,” 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. June 22 through 26 at the church, at 530 S. Buena Vista, Hemet. There will be Bible stories, songs, arts and crafts, recreational activities, and snacks. This is geared for children 3 years old through completed fifth grade. Caught up in the hustle and bustle of the holiday season? Bring your family to enjoy Sunrise Christian Fellowship’s “Living Nativity” on Dec. 19 and 20 at Calvary Chapel Bible College in Murrieta. Performances are at 6, 6:45 and 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, with an added show at 5:15 on Saturday only. The event is free and children are welcome to pet the animals after each performance.
